Plain-Box Shipping

All orders ship in a plain box, with no branding or company name on the package or return label.

We make sure that your entire experience is safe and discreet, from your initial order, to delivery, to infinity and beyond.

Can I ship to a different address?

Of course! We know you need to keep this a secret, so you can ship your order to your work, a neighbor, friend or family member.

Just make sure to enter the billing address on file with your card issuer. We'll never send anything to your billing address - we just need to verify that the order isn't fraudulent.

Can you hold my order for pickup?

Absolutely! Simply select "Hold for Pickup at UPS" as your shipping method, and your order will ship to the nearest UPS Store, UPS Access Point, or UPS pickup partner for pickup next day (excludes Sundays).

You'll receive one email with your tracking and pickup location when your order ships, and a second email when it's available for pickup, next business day.

We won't send anything to your billing or shipping addresses when you choose "Hold for Pickup" as your shipping method.
